Halle Berry helps choose five women filmmakers, with $120,000 for top winner

Halle Berry participated in a mentorship panel in New York City, selecting five teams to empower women and non-binary filmmakers through guidance and financial support. Among the winners were Gem Little and Kseniya Yorsh, awarded for their short film, COWARDS. The program not only offered workshops but also ensured ongoing assistance for project completion. Applications will be reopened prior to the 2027 Tribeca Festival.
