US issues Forever stamp celebrating Diwali, features Rangoli created by Indian artist

In a vibrant tribute to Diwali, USPS has launched a new Forever stamp showcasing a stunning rangoli design by Sangita Bhutada. The unveiling occurred at the Embassy of India in Washington DC on October 21, marking the second issuance of a Diwali stamp since 2016. Crafted over eight to ten days with colored sand, this stamp edition comprises 20 million copies for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
