Odisha weaver preserves 45-year craft, trains over 200 people

Prafulla Kumar Sahoo has devoted 45 years to mastering the art of handloom weaving in Odisha. With each saree taking nearly a month to complete, he features a unique Patta design. Beyond his craftsman skills, he has empowered over 200 unemployed individuals by providing them weaving training for sustainable livelihoods.
