Goldie Hawn's MindUP programme reaches over 7m children in 48 countries

Goldie Hawn established the Goldie Hawn Foundation in 2003 to support emotional awareness among children. MindUP, developed in collaboration with experts, integrates neuroscience and mindfulness into education. The program has reached over 7 million children across 48 countries since its inception. Lessons focus on emotional regulation, empathy, and stress management for children aged 3 to 14. With resources available online, families and educators can promote emotional development alongside academic learning.
