Wiscon Industries SME IPO opens today; check price band and other key details

Wiscon Industries’ Rs 110-crore IPO opened on October 27 and will close on October 29. The BSE SME issue, priced at Rs 194–204 per share, includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale. Proceeds will support machinery purchases, working capital, marketing and other corporate expenses.
