Total construction ban in Delhi-NCR from Nov 5 to 20

The national capital region will implement a complete ban on construction and demolition activities from November 5 to 20. This measure is part of a broader initiative to combat rising winter pollution levels. Union environment minister Bhupender Yadav confirmed that there would be no rollback of existing vehicle entry restrictions. Additionally, swift actions will target non-conforming industries and pollution hotspots in the region.
