Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta has reportedly passed away, with Kamaal Khan paying tribute on X. Debuting with ‘Aatish: Feel the Fire’ in 1994, Gupta became known for crime dramas and stylised action, including ‘Kaante’, ‘Shootout at Wadala’, ‘Kaabil’ and ‘Mumbai Saga’. The cause of death hasn’t been disclosed.
