A Delhi consumer commission directed Sanjeevani Dairy Farms to refund Rs 170 retained in a customer app wallet. The complainant discontinued milk delivery due to poor quality and requested a refund which was not processed. After examining evidence, the commission found the company's non-refund constituted a deficiency in service. The commission ordered payment of the refund and compensation for mental harassment and litigation.
