New Delhi: Realty firm Max Estates Ltd on Tuesday reported a multi-fold jump in its sales bookings to Rs 2,100 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal on strong housing demand.In a regulatory filing, the company informed that it achieved total pre-sales, or sales bookings, of around Rs 2,100 crore during the July-September quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal, compared to Rs 156 crore in the year-ago period.Max Estates achieved pre-sales of Rs 3,200 crore in the first six months of this fiscal.The company said that it continues to see resilient underlying demand, providing a strong foundation for its long-term growth trajectory.Max Estates said it has major launches planned across Noida and Gurugram in the current and next quarter. The company aims to add 2 million sq ft in the residential segment every year."Commercial portfolio continues to be 100 per cent leased with Rs 160+ crore annual rental, with the overall commercial portfolio poised for an annuity rental income potential of Rs 700+ crore on a 100 per cent basis (across delivered, under construction and in acquisition), in the next five years," the company said.Max Estates targets to add 1 million sq ft in the commercial segment every year.Established in 2016, Max Estates Ltd is one of the leading real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR region.
