Kirit Somaiya filed a complaint against actor Imran Khan over his participation in anti-CEC protests in Mumbai. On October 10, Khan was detained by Mumbai Police. He moved the high court, challenging a notice directing him to leave the country for violating the Immigration and Foreigners Act.
