Ajay Devgn moves Bombay HC over FDA’s pan masala ad notice

Ajay Devgn has initiated legal proceedings in the Bombay High Court over show-cause notices related to advertisements for pan masala. Shah Rukh Khan and Tiger Shroff are also under scrutiny, facing similar notices. The actors must withdraw their ads and explain their endorsement agreements, considering that Vimal Pan Masala is deemed a prohibited smokeless tobacco product in the region.
