Utah couple’s 30-acre Lord of the Rings-inspired estate now asks $38 million

A 30-acre estate in Provo, Utah, inspired byThe Lord of the Rings, is now listed for $38 million after a $5 million price cut. The 32-room property includes a nearly 23,000-square-foot main house, a guesthouse over a private pond, waterfalls, pools, sports facilities and private trails. The current owners bought it in 2017 and later added the pond and guesthouse.
