Sun Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, other stocks in focus as Trump exempts India from 100% tariffs on some speciality drugs

Indian pharma stocks, including Sun Pharma and Aurobindo Pharma, are in focus after the US exempted India and 19 other countries from 100% tariffs on certain patented specialty pharmaceuticals and ingredients. Eligible products include rare-disease drugs, gene and cell therapies, and infertility treatments. Generic medicines remain outside the Section 232 tariffs.
