Missouri house transformed into ‘African Queen’ listed for $1.2 million

A 1962 house in Springfield, Missouri, known as the African Queen, is on the market for $1.2 million. Bought by Michael and Lisa Willhoit in 2013, the 3,176-square-foot home features a 15-foot Zulu warrior sculpture, a 20,000-piece crocodile mosaic, reclaimed teak, unusual light fixtures and a glass floor overlooking spring-fed water. It is currently used as a short-term rental.
