Michael & Susan Dell’s Foundation pledges $36.6 million for 1,400 Austin home

Michael & Susan Dell Foundation has committed $36.6 million to expand Community First! Village in Austin. The expansion aims to accommodate up to 1,900 residents experiencing chronic homelessness while adding 127 acres to the site. Infrastructure work is expected to begin in 2023 across properties along Hog Eye Road and Burleson Road.
