Jake Burger and wife Ashlyn’s foundation raises over $150,000

Texas When Rangers first baseman Jake Burger’s daughter Penelope was born with Down syndrome in October 2024, he and his wife, Ashlyn Burger, turned a very personal family experience into a bigger community initiative. Since launching in March 2025, the Burger Family Foundation has raised over $150,000 through merchandise sales and increased financial assistance, awareness and opportunities for families and adults with disabilities.
