Happiness of the poor is true measure of development: Chief Minister

At ‘Pedala Pattabhishekam’ in Vijayawada, Naidu says land titles are being distributed to nearly 60,000 poor beneficiaries in Visakhapatnam, Mangalagiri and Vijayawada, with the land valued at about ₹52,000 crore; calls it the “coronation of the poor” and urges beneficiaries to preserve the properties for future generations.
