Godrej Properties inks JV to build Rs 6,000 cr luxury housing project at Marine Lines, Mumbai

Godrej Properties Ltd has entered into a partnership to develop a luxury housing project in Mumbai. The development agreement covers a prime 2.5-acre land parcel located in Marine Lines. This project is expected to generate an overall revenue of approximately Rs 6,000 crore for the company. MICL has transferred its development rights to Godrej Properties as part of the collaboration.
