Gavin Newsom’s renovated San Francisco childhood home lists for $4.5 million

California Governor Gavin Newsom’s San Francisco childhood home has been listed for $4.5 million after an extensive renovation. The Cole Valley property, where Newsom lived during his early childhood, was originally owned by his maternal grandfather and later inherited by his mother, Tessa. The Newsom family sold the property in the 1970s.
