During the third quarter of 2026, India's real estate, data centre, and hospitality sectors attracted a record USD 9.5 billion, marking a notable rise from the previous year. Data centres alone accounted for 57 percent of these investments, signaling a change in investor focus. Additionally, foreign entities represented roughly 59 percent of all inflows, contributing to an impressive doubling of total capital compared to early 2025.
