Delhi MCD approves 75% rebate on charges for regularising PM-UDAY homes

Residents in Delhi’s unauthorised colonies under the PM-UDAY scheme can benefit from a 75% rebate on regularisation charges. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi has set a deadline of October 31, 2026, to complete this process. Various charges have already been waived to facilitate regularisation within these colonies. Awareness campaigns have been launched to inform residents about the regularisation process.
