Combined AUM of InvITs and REITs set to double to nearly Rs 20 trillion by 2030-31: ICRA

The combined AUM of InvITs and REITs is projected to double to nearly Rs 20 trillion by 2030-31 from Rs 10 trillion in 2025-26, ICRA said. Growth is expected to be driven by infrastructure monetisation, renewable energy and fibre platforms, commercial real estate, warehousing and data centres.
